1. ANS: "Swimming & Water Aerobics are good because of the buoyancy of water. Also Yoga & Simple Pilates Exercises especially customized for pregnant women. Walking 30-40min everyday is also a safe exercise option.
Always wear loose, comfotable cotton clothing & supportive shoes.
Keep yourself hydrated by sipping water in between the exercises."
