Starting with A for ACNE: Acne is a common disorder of the oil glands in the skin. The glands become blocked & infected & cause pimples. This can be due to hormonal imbalance, food allergies, stress, adolescence etc.

Foods That Will Help to Reduce/Control Acne are as follows:
